As head of all gaming content & entertainment Darrian sets the editorial direction, scheduling, audience development and brand strategy for The Leaderboard family of channels (The Leaderboard, Leaderboard eSports, Last Man Standing and Rainbow Six Siege Daily Moments).   He’s overseen an aggressive expansion of production and tripled viewership, generating over 1 billion minutes of watch time since 2017.  Additionally, Darrian owns external partnerships with publishers, community leaders, and the planning of events. Darrian joins Frederator Digital with over a decade of digital leadership and audience development experience. Most recently Darrian worked at Gen.Video, an influencer brand SASS platform, where he built their Multi-Channel Network from the ground up. He also worked with some of NYC’s largest faith-based organizations with his digital video consultancy firm The Mack-Jordan Group, LLC.

Before living in New York, Darrian was Director of Audience Development for one of the largest museums in the world, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, and lead day-to-day operations for a number of nonprofits.

Beyond video games, one of Darrian’s favorite pastimes is playing competitive monopoly (that means playing the game until bankruptcy even if it takes 12 hours) and spending quiet evenings with his partner bingeing terrible Netflix movies.
