    Frederator Digital is seeking a Senior Social Video Strategist to manage all client relationships, internal team oversight, and strategic initiatives to enhance Major Account standing on social video platforms. You will guide your team in creating audience development and programming strategies on YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. You will build the role that video plays in the Major Accounts marketing plans.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

    You have relationships across YouTube and the industry. You are experienced with driving streams of revenue and are known as trusted partner to your clients. You are highly motivated, professional, and mature. You have outstanding communication skills, and experience with large account management, digital media, online advertising, and consultative selling.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of social video strategists
    • Manage highest profile/tier YouTube/Facebook channels for Major Accounts
    • Consider data, media buying cycles, market trends, and target demographics to shape client goals
    • Collaborate with dedicated partner teams to manage client services and develop account strategies
    • Implement YouTube, Facebook, and new media digital solutions for Major Account
    • Build and maintain deep-level partnerships with regular face-to-face client visits
    • Collaborate with our division leads to sell into new business and assist with up-selling
    • Stay informed and report developments in the digital media and entertainment space
    • Understand Major Account’s key goals, workflows, and needs through in-person and remote meetings
    • Provide campaign strategy consultation by overseeing the day-to-day strategy and operations team on the account
    • Facilitate internal and client creative reviews
    • Create reports and help Major Account internal parties incorporate YouTube reporting
    • Initiate optimization projects for the day-to-day team to deploy
    • Operate accounts with high revenue generation in addition to having revenue goals tied to you and the team

    Basic Qualifications

    • 3-4 years of Account Management experience in online video, social media, or digital agency
    • At least 2 years of YouTube platform knowledge
    • Previous experience managing team or account pods
    • Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
    • Established record of relationships with large clients and media agencies
    • Experience turning data into knowledge, and knowledge into insights
    • Knowledgeable and passionate about online video; specifically, YouTube & Facebook
    • Self-directed and a solid team player
    • Willingness to travel when necessary
    • Willingness to entertain clients during evenings and occasional weekends
    • Strong references
